Warranty Claim Photo Guide

We want to get your claim sorted as quickly and smoothly as possible. To help us do that, we just need a few photos or a short video showing the issue. No need to be a professional — just follow the simple steps below for your type of issue and we'll take it from there.

Blind Issue - Incorrect Size

Incorrect size - Roll width:

  1. A photo from a distance showing how you’ve measured the blind, including the full width of the roll and mechanisms when fully down.

  2. A Close up photo showing the final measurement on the tape.

Fabric Width

  1. A photo from a distance showing how you’ve measured the fabric width only.

  2. A close up photo showing the final measurement on the measuring tape.

If you’ve selected exact measurement, the slat size will be 40 mm smaller than the ordered drop. For recess installation, the difference will be 50 mm. Then, standard tolerance applies.
