Returns
Our products are custom-made and can only be returned if faulty. Ensure you are satisfied with the measurements you provide, as we cannot amend sizes once your order is placed.
Fixing & Controls
You can easily mount the pleated blinds on the frame, glazing bar, or wall with the included mounting brackets. For mounting on the glazing bead, please note this option is only available for pleated blinds with side guides and the Top Down – Bottom Up feature. Screws and plugs for installation are not included with the pleated blind.
These pleated blinds are operated using a handle. Standard pleated blinds with side guides come with one handle, while those wider than 1200mm are equipped with two handles. You can choose between the Top Down – Bottom Up or Bottom Up system for all our pleated blinds.
Fabric Tolerance & Weight
Pleated blinds may vary up to 4mm in width and height from your specified size. For larger windows, we recommend installing multiple pleated blinds side by side for optimal coverage and aesthetic appeal. Pleated blinds installed inside the recess have a reduction of 10mm in width.
Child Safety
Our blinds are designed to be child-safe and include the necessary child safety clips to secure cords out of children's reach. These safety features must be installed.
