Mismeasure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Returns
Our products are custom-made and can only be returned if faulty. Ensure you are satisfied with the measurements you provide, as we cannot amend sizes once your order is placed.
Fixing & Controls
We provide multi-directional brackets that can be face-fixed or top-fixed to the wall or inside the window recess. Screws and wall plugs are not supplied, as the appropriate type depends on your installation surface.
Manufacturing Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are produced with a manufacturing tolerance reduction of 5mm for width and 10mm drop for inside the recess. Vertical blinds measured inside the recess has a deduction tolerance of 5mm width and 10mm drop to ensure they don’t trail along with floor/window sill and to allow for the track.
Child Safety
Our blinds are designed to be child-safe and include the necessary child safety clips to secure cords out of children's reach. These safety features must be installed.
