Mismeasure Cover only applies to blinds and excludes shutters and orders valued over £1000. T&Cs apply.

Mismeasure Cover only covers incorrect measurements. Replacements must be made to the same fabric specification as the original order.
How many times can I use Mismeasure Cover?
Only one Mismeasure Cover claim can be made per household within a 12-month period.

Out of Stock & Delivery

What if the chosen blind is out of stock?
If your chosen blind is out of stock when your Mismeasure Cover order is placed, you will need to wait for the stock to arrive. If you are unwilling to wait, you will be entitled to a refund of your Mismeasure Cover cost, but not a refund of the original order.
