If you've made an error whilst measuring for your new blinds, we will provide a like-for-like replacement up to the same price of your blinds.
Mismeasure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Returns
Our products are custom-made and can only be returned if faulty. Ensure you are satisfied with the measurements you provide, as we cannot amend sizes once your order is placed.
Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are provided, allowing you to either face-fix or top-fix them to the wall or inside the window recess. Note that screws and wall plugs are not included, as the appropriate type will depend on your installation surface. Please ensure you use the correct fittings for your blinds. The cords on the blinds will be half the length of the total drop of the blind.
Fabric Tolerance & Weight
Blinds at blind size are manufactured with a tolerance of ±5mm in width. The width measurement includes space for the bracket and operating mechanism. For blinds over 275cm wide, the material can be heavy, so we recommend splitting them into two blinds. Additionally, larger blinds over 200cm in width and drop will require a fabric join.
Please note that the length or drop of your blinds may extend to ensure complete coverage of the headrail tube at the bottom of the blind.
Child Safety
Our blinds are designed to be child-safe and include the necessary child safety clips to secure cords out of children's reach. These safety features must be installed.
Note: Screws and wall plug fixings are not provided. We leave these out because the type required varies great depending upon the surfaces you are fixing to.
