How long does it take to get a call?
When you click the link, you’ll be taken to a booking form where you can choose a date and time that works best for you. Availability may vary, but you can usually schedule a call within the same week. The telephone appointment typically lasts around 30 minutes.
Measurement Service
Do I have to pay for the in-home estimation?
No, the in-home consultation is completely free, with no obligation. Your John Lewis Partner will measure your windows and provide a bespoke quote for your chosen window coverings.
Will the John Lewis Partner bring samples to the appointment?
Yes, they’ll bring along some samples, but given our wide range, they may not have every option. To explore the full collection, we recommend ordering free samples from our website ahead of time, so you can compare the fabrics and colours that best suit your home.
Install Service
What if I haven’t decided which blinds I’d like yet?
No rush! If you’re still undecided after the consultation or want to explore more samples, that’s completely fine. Your John Lewis Partner will keep your measurements on file, and you can get in touch when you’re ready to place your order.
How much does the installation service cost?
The installation cost depends on the type and quantity of window coverings you choose. This will be included in the personalised quote your John Lewis Partner provides.
