Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are provided, allowing you to either face-fix or top-fix them to the wall or inside the window recess. Note that screws and wall plugs are not included, as the appropriate type will depend on your installation surface. Please ensure you use the correct fittings for your blinds. The cords on the blinds will be half the length of the total drop of the blind.

Our products are custom-made and can only be returned if faulty. Ensure you are satisfied with the measurements you provide, as we cannot amend sizes once your order is placed. For added piece of mind, consider our mismeasure cover.
Manufacturing Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are produced with a manufacturing tolerance of ±5mm in both width and drop. For blinds exceeding 240cm in width, the weight of the slats can make them quite heavy. Therefore, we recommend splitting them into two separate blinds for easier handling and installation. When ordering inside recess 12mm is deducted from the width, this is to allow for the headrail.
Stack Height
The stacking height of a blind refers to the measurement from top to bottom when the blind is fully pulled up. The stack height of Aluminium blinds depends on the total length of the blind:

Our Aluminium blinds feature a sturdy, color-coded headrail matching the colour of your slats. For blinds with 25mm slats, the headrail dimensions are 24mm in height and 25mm in depth.

Child Safety
Our blinds are designed to be child-safe and include the necessary child safety clips to secure cords out of children's reach. These safety features must be installed.
