Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
Manufacturing Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are made within a 5mm manufacturer tolerance on both the width and drop of the blind. Blinds over 240cm wide will be heavy due to the weight of the slats, we recommend splitting them into two blinds.
Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are supplied which can be face fixed or top fixed to the wall or inside the window recess. Screws and wall plugs are not supplied as we don’t know what surface you are installing onto.
